Founded in 1996, OWMC was born from Jeff Mathews’ unique background in aerospace engineering. Having managed F-16 manufacturing and F-22 Stealth fighter development, Jeff brought a military-grade precision to the art of woodworking.
What began as an efficient way to utilize excess wood from luxury moldings soon evolved into a sought-after collection of artisanal tools. Jeff’s creative genius transformed a byproduct into a centerpiece of the modern culinary experience.
